William and Nancy had both been exposed to drug testing during their mutual careers, and are strongly aware of how important it is to have drug free schools and workplaces. Nancy is a Masters prepared RN and served as a Navy Nurse for 20 years. Nancy was one of the first nurses to achieve certification via the American Academy of Medical Administrators. Her husband William was a Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman (FMF) for over 22 years, with a degree in Hospital Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Relations. Following their Navy careers, they both worked at a military boarding school for several years before venturing into the field of industrial medical screening and drug detection services.

The owners went through extensive collector training for each specific testing method, and are Certified Collectors. All staff and independent contractors are also trained Certified Collectors. Nancy is an experienced Certified Instructor for the American Medical Training Institute.
